For me, having a safe space for clients is of paramount importance when I am working with them. It is vital that our clients feel safe and able to open up to us, which becomes easier when the environment they are in makes them feel secure. Creating spaces where people can heal and connect with one another is absolutely necessary for them to be able to start, or continue, with their recovery.
